Paul F. Baston’s practice is focused on Estate and Trust litigation, including Guardianships, Power of Attorney Disputes and Mediation. Getting the optimal results for the client with the least amount of conflict and time is Paul’s premiere goal.
Paul has significant experience, both as a mediator and in the courtroom. Paul often works with his clients and their cases through mediation and will proceed with litigation if satisfactory results are not forthcoming.
Paul has been a guest lecturer for the past several years in the Estates course at Osgoode Hall Law School and in addition has spoPaul on many occasions at Continuing Legal Education courses and seminars.
